1. Original notarized certificate of guardian in Beijing. 

Applicants under the age of 18 by September 1, 2023 must submit the original notarial certificate of guardian in Beijing issued by the local notary office.

*2. The original or notarized certificate of high school diploma

Graduated applicants should provide the initial copy of the high school graduation certificate or a notarial certificate; applicants who apply before graduation should provide the original copy of expected graduation certificate. In the latter case, please bring the original diploma or the notarial certificate to the campus at the registration. Applicants who fail to provide the materials mentioned above will have their admission to the university canceled.
Academic Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization. Both original and official English translated version are required.

*7. Photocopy of the Passport page of personal information (The passport should not expire before March 31, 2023.)

If applicants have a visa to China, please provide a copy of the recent visa page. Applicants who are currently in China should provide a copy of the valid Foreigner's Residence Permit of the People's Republic of China.

13. Other materials

If both parents or one of the parents of the applicant are Chinese citizens and reside in a foreign country, the applicant should have foreign nationality at birth and hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for at least 4 years. In addition, more than 2 years of actual residence in a foreign country has been recorded in the last 4 years (ending in April 30, 2023). The actual residence of more than 9 months in a year can be counted as one year, subject to the entry and exit signatures. For residences of mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who immigrated to foreign countries and are applying as international students, please refer to the requirements above.
(1) Copies of page with stamp of entry in the last 4 years (from April 30, 2018 to April 30, 2023), and original for reference.
(2) Proof of study abroad in the last four years.
(3) Applicants from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who obtained foreign nationality after immigration must provide foreign certificate of naturalization, proof of the cancellation of original Chinese household registration and renunciation of Chinese nationality in addition to the materials for the two categories above.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
